Well, that's it from us today. Unreal. What an unreal, phenomenal, rollercoaster ride of a race.

Jack Miller leaves Assen a MotoGP race winner and, yes, a few frontrunners removed themselves to make that happen - but he was absolutely phenomenal.

Miller: "I don't know what to feel at the moment. A lot of people have badmouthed us, said this project wouldn't work - and I hope we've showed them wrong and that we can ride a bike, that I'm not an idiot.

It's a bit of a short interview cause Jack Miller has lost his voice completely.

Marquez: "Today was the race to lose the points - and then I was really quiet, really concentrated, doesn't matter what the other riders did, I did my race.

"I saw Valentino pushed a lot, I couldn't follow him. When he crashed, I saw Miller behind me, when he passed me, I said 'this second place today is like a victory'. These 20 points will be really important in the end of the championship."

Redding: "I struggled more in the beginning - at the end I had more sliding, but I had the feeling. It was hard to pass Pol.

"I made the move, risked it, and it paid off. So happy to be here."
This, naturally, is Jack Miller's first podium, Scott Redding's second... and Marc Marquez's 46th.
Remember how many injuries Jack Miller's had? Remember how many times he's fallen off?

That won't be remembered for much longer. That doesn't matter now. He's a MotoGP star.

Going by the celebrations, this might be the happiest podium in MotoGP history.

Smith is 13th on the timing screens, while Bautista isn't classified, but we'll have to double check that.

Marquez is now 24 points up on Lorenzo, 42 points up on Rossi. He celebrates like he's won the race.
This is the first non-factory win since Toni Elias in Portugal in 2006.

It's absolutely unreal. Marc VDS have been nowhere all season. This is unbelievable.

Pol Espargaro fourth, Andrea Iannone fifth, then it's Barbera, Laverty, Bradl, Vinales, Lorenzo.

Bautista crashed on the final lap.

Marquez takes second, Scott Redding comes home in third.
How about that?! What a race. What an achievement. History made.

Jack Miller enters the final sector.
Iannone is under pressure from Bautista and Barbera for P5.
Three sectors left for Jack Miller.
One to go. Jack Miller is three seconds in the clear.
Redding, now in clean air, is on a preposterously quick lap. He's taken a second out of the lead in a couple of sectors.

Could he have won this if he passed Pol Espargaro earlier?
Marquez back within two seconds of Miller.
Redding has passed Pol Espargaro.

What a podium this is shaping up to be.
Bated breath here - Miller is pulling out all the stops, he's doing a phenomenal job.

Marquez probably won't force the issue here. He is set to gain 20 points on Rossi and 15 points on Lorenzo.

Jack Miller is the quickest rider on track right now, and he has a solid gap over Marquez - but it's probably oscillating a little too much for comfort.
It's a second between Jack Miller and Marc Marquez, with Pol Espargaro six seconds off.
Vinales and Lorenzo are a second apart for P10, despite the fact almost half the field has binned it at this point.

They won't remember this grand prix fondly.
Could Scott Redding be catching the leading duo if he cleared Pol Espargaro? He's been with the Tech 3 rider for a few laps now, but has not found a way past.
Miller's team is saying that he didn't go soft-hard after all. He followed everybody else and went for soft-soft.

Marc Marquez is keeping up with Jack Miller but not exactly making up ground.
Rabat has rejoined after crashing, so we're still running with 14 riders.

Smith is being shown as "not classified" for some reason, even though he's still out there after pitting.
