Last weekend was a sprint race, but Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali insists he has no plans to follow MotoGP and introduce a sprint event on every race weekend. Read more here https://www.autosport.com/f1/news/domenicali-f1-wont-have-a-sprint-at-every-race-weekend/10465489/
Verstappen leads the standings with 93 points, six clear of Perez, with Fernando Alonso in third for Aston Martin on 60 points
Sergio Perez won both races last time out in Baku and sits second in the standings behind team-mate Max Verstappen, who won here last year
The first practice session will kick off at 7pm BST, with FP2 later this evening at 10.30pm
