We had a brief yellow as Tsunoda went off for a bit at Turn 1, but he's a-okay and gets back on the road.
Perez gets some Red Bull representation on track, as Verstappen looks very content with not driving in the garage.

Beating his time, Vettel drops a 1m38.294s, but Tsunoda beats that with a 1m38.262s.

Vettel does a 1m39.041s to shuffle ahead of Magnussen on the timing board.
Norris logs his first laptime, a 1m42.900s. His McLaren team-mate Ricciardo is on the road, as the Alfa Romeos return.
Tsunoda is just 0.3s off Magnussen now, with a 1m39.461s. Stroll gets into the 1m41s, as his Aston Martin team-mate Vettel catches another moment.
For our West Country readers - it's like Sedgemoor Splash out there. More cars trickle off-track - Vettel going a bit deep into Turn 1.
Stroll gets told to box after getting stuck in "limp home" mode, but he fires the car up and gets going on a lap.
Everyone's having some excursions out there - Magnussen had an off at Turn 3. Tsunoda hurls his AlphaTauri into P2, a 1m42.030s.

Sainz was having a crack at a time, but elects to retreat to the pits. Magnussen winds the pace down to a 1m39.148s.
Stroll, Vettel and Tsunoda roll out of the pits now, as Sainz crosses the line to try and do a timed lap. He's squirming like Boris Johnson after a slightly difficult question out there.
Magnussen sets a benchmark 1m43.014s. Schumacher, meanwhile, controls a snap and keeps the car on track.
The Ferrari gents now brave it, Leclerc and Sainz making it a full house of Ferrari-powered cars to go on track. "The conditions are **** to be honest," Haas' Schumacher reports.
The Alfa Romeos return to the pits, as both Haases are out on track. Wet tyres, naturellement.
Magnussen and Bottas kick us off, ensuring we've actually got some cars on track! Zhou also pops out onto the circuit.

The circuit used to be in the middle of Montreal, but it's rained so much this weekend it's now in the middle of a river. True fact.
Five minutes to go until FP3 kicks off. Let's see if anyone fancies a swim.
