Logano gets a great restart, with Keselowski pushing him clear out front.
Back green with ten laps to go in the first stage.
Elliott was the first of the four-tire takers, and will restart third. Not long now until the end of stage one, can Logano and Byron hold on out front?
Logano leads the race of pit road from fellow two-tire taker Byron, Elliott, Keselowski and Larson.
Flat right front tire for Stenhouse sent him up into the wall ... tough break for the RFR driver.
CAUTION #2 - Ricky Stenhouse Jr. in the wall.
Hamlin goes a lap down. His car appears the opposite, handling-wise, to teammate Truex.
Larson continues to keep Elliott on his toes out front, the gap is still under a second between the leaders.
Lapped traffic is causing the leaders some serious problems with this high-downforce package it seems.
Larson actually passed Elliott – for about half a second! Elliott is back in front now.
Larson briefly had the lead gap to under a second, but traffic was to blame.
Truex passes Johnson for 10th – not bad from the back of the grid. He is also top Toyota.
Elliott in traffic already. Gap is stable up front, Logano has fallen away from Larson.
Stewart-Haas teammates Suarez and Almirola duelling hard for 15th.
Elliott has checked out at the front to the tune of 1.5s. Comfortable.
A lot of adjustments on Hamlin's car, he's restarted 22nd.
Almirola was a big loser in that round of pitstops, he's outside the top 10 now.
Elliott out front, Larson up to second. Logano holding off Harvick.
Big moment for Logano at the restart and Larson nails him.
Big advantage for Elliott with that #1 pitstall. He beat Logano out by a fair margin.
Elliott leads them out, ahead of Logano, Larson, Harvick, Keselowski and Blaney. Good stops from the Penske duo there, they both gained places.
Stenhouse just crept his way into the top 10, passing Jones.
The top five is Elliott, Logano, Larson, Harvick and Byron. Here come the pitstops!
CAUTION #1 - Competition yellow after Lap 40 of 400.
Larson has reported his car is really loose, but he's hanging on to it in style, running third.
William Byron not happy with slower traffic... 
 
Hamlin is now 21st, this has been a nightmare first stint for our Daytona 500 winner.
Bubba Wallace is racing leader Elliott hard to stay on the lead lap.
