Vettel is happy too. Hamilton now driving slowly on the main straight.
Rosberg celebrates. Hamilton is yet to reach the main straight after parking his car halfway through the lap.

Nasr is ninth for Sauber and Sainz, after a fantastic recovery from the pitlane, gets the final point.
Raikkonen is sixth ahead of Perez and Button, who scores McLaren's first points of the season.
"We're sorry Lewis, mate" is the restrained message to Hamilton.
Ricciardo is fifth after having been asked to let Kvyat through.
Vettel is second ahead of Hamilton. Kvyat finishes fourth.
The German takes his third victory in a row in Monaco.
"If we don't pass any cars we'll have to give the position back to Kyat," Ricciardo is told.

Rosberg is about to take his second win a row, in a totally bizarre manner.

Stewards say no action needed after the incident between Ricciardo and Raikkonen.
Two laps left. Rosberg cruising towards victory. Hamilton slides a lot and nearly touches the wall ahead of Mirabeau.
"You need to get stuck into these guys," Ricciardo is told, as he closes up on Hamilton and Vettel.
The fight for second is fascinating. But can anyone make a move?
Three laps remaining.
He's right behind Hamilton now.
Fastest lap for the Australian: 1:18.063.
"He says its impossible to pass you. That's good." Straightforward message to Vettel.
Ricciardo is also flying and closing in on Hamilton. Four laps left.
The post-race interviews will be very interesting...
"It's impossible to pass," says Hamilton. Sounds like he's not hopeful...
This looks to be all over. Somehow Hamilton and Mercedes have gifted the win to Rosberg.
Fastest lap by Rosberg: 1:18.603.
"We will be released. Attack the cars ahead," Ricciardo is told as he breezes past Kvyat.
Five laps to go.
DRS is enabled now. Can Hamilton pass Vettel?
"It's not very nice," says Raikkonen after Ricciardo barges past.
Replays show Ricciardo pushing Raikkonen out of the way. The Finn is not impressed.
Rosberg already 2.5 seconds in front.
Hamilton can't do anything despite looking much faster than Vettel.
Rosberg opening a clear gap. Vettel can't match his pace.
Hamilton will have to pass Vettel quickly if he wants to have a chance to win this race.
