Hamilton congratulates a happy Rosberg as they get out of their cars.
The incident between Sainz and Kvyat will be investigated.
Rosberg finally stops Hamilton's momentum, although the Briton still has a 20-point lead in the championship.

"Good job Nico, really good race," Rosberg is told by the team, who also commend the way he managed the race.
Sixth for Massa, ahead of Ricciardo, Grosjean, Sainz and Kvyat.
Vettel crosses in third. Bottas is fourth ahead of Raikkonen.
Sainz passed Kvyat at the end of the straight, but they made contact and the Toro Rosso driver has to drive off track.
Hamilton has to settle for second place.

Rosberg cruising towards his first victory since last year's Brazilian Grand Prix.

Raikkonen still trying to pass Bottas, but the Williams is too quick on the straight.
Mercedes is a league apart in this race. To think they were challenged for victory just three weeks ago in Bahrain.
Further back, Sainz has passed teammate Verstappen for P10.
Hamilton has given up on catching Rosberg. He's now lapping slower than Rosberg.
Rosberg has lapped everybody up to P7, and he's not too far from sixth-placed Massa.
Less than five laps to go.
Hamilton nearly a second faster than Rosberg on that last lap, but it will not be enough.
The fight between Bottas and Raikkonen is the main focus of the race right now. The Ferrari is within DRS distance of the Williams, but not close enough to pass.
Vettel a massive 40 seconds behind Rosberg. He was right when he said the gap to Mercedes was now bigger.
12.8 now.
Hamilton is now 14.4 seconds behind Rosberg with seven laps left. Looks like he will have to settle for second.
Raikkonen is right behind Bottas and determined to take P4.
"Big ask to do it, so consolidate the position," is the message to Hamilton. He pushes back, but is told to focus on second place.
Hamilton will need Rosberg's tyres to drop off dramatically..

"Come on, blue flag! Otherwise I'll get stuck," yells Vettel down the radio. He sounds really frustrated now.
Another fastest lap for Hamilton. Over a second faster than Rosberg.
The gap is 19.4 seconds with 12 laps to go. It will be hard for Hamilton.
Fastest lap by Rosberg, then by Hamilton, the Briton seven tenths quicker.
And the second too.
Hamilton sets the fastest first sector so far.
"We are losing a lot in traffic," says a frustrated-sounding Vettel, as he sees second place slipping away.
Hamilton on mediums, Rosberg on hards, 20 seconds apart, 15 laps to go.
