Red Bull and its engine partner Honda are bracing themselves for a Mercedes fightback after two difficult race weekends for the Formula 1 world champion team.

French Grand Prix boss Eric Boullier says moving the Formula 1 race forward by a week was a “big problem” for his organisation, although all returned tickets have subsequently been re-sold.

Daniil Kvyat has not given up on a Formula 1 comeback, and the Russian's current role as Alpine reserve has at least given him a foot in the door.
