On Sunday, August 14, NASCAR Sprint Cup will race at Watkins Glen International in the Finger Lakes district of New York, USA. At 2.45 miles, the 11-turn “Glen” road course is the most difficult track in the series. The latest Brembo circuit animation illustrates turn #5 as the drivers brake for 3.9 seconds, slowing from 178 to 82 mph resulting in a force of 1.45 G, brake pressures more than 1000 psi and temperatures of 1560 °F.
