There's no denying that motorsport is heavily dominated by men, but it's not something that phases Amlin Andretti's Simona de Silvestro. As a highly successful racing driver with bags of experience in a variety of series, Simona is hopeful that the young women everywhere feel able to achieve their goals in the sport. Nicki Shields spoke to her about her career to date and her aspirations at this weekend's Mexico City ePrix, and her team's home race in Long Beach.
