F1 has announced that for the Belgian GP, it will be banning the infamous "party mode", otherwise known as qualifying mode. This means that the teams will have to use one engine mode throughout a race weekend. On the face of it, you might think that this is an attack at Mercedes, who in 2020 have dominated the qualifying rounds with a 1-2 start for 5 out of the first 6 races this year.
