That's us now done. Here is our FP2 report and we shall be back on Saturday for final practice ahead of qualifying.
And that's it. FP2 has ended with Piastri on top ahead of Hadjar and Verstappen.
Piastri will be a happy man and looking at that Norris reaction just a moment ago, he clearly has the mental edge over his title rival right now.
Still all to play for!
Norris is clearly a frustrated figure, telling race engineer Will Joseph that he's half-a-second off top because of his driving and not the car...
Piastri is now top in a strong end to FP2, while team-mate Norris is struggling. He's just not put a lap together yet since that incident with Leclerc in the pitlane.
Track evolution keeps playing its part and Verstappen is now top ahead of Alonso and Stroll.
Anyway, back to the action and Hadjar has just gone top. Track evolution once again at play...
Oh no, here we go. A very chaotic and busy pitlane has resulted in a collision between Norris and Leclerc, after the Ferrari driver was released into Norris' path.
Not a huge one, but both drivers have been pulled back into their respective garage.
And, finally, it's green again.
The red flag has ended, but we're not green quite yet. F1 clearly going through the full traffic light system before FP2 gets underway again...
Lawson enjoyed his best result of the year last time out amid questions over his Formula 1 future. He knew he needed to continue that momentum into Singapore, so this FP2 crash is the last thing he needed...
If drivers could stop hitting the wall that would be nice. This is supposed to be a representative session, giving us data on what the pecking order is this weekend. Hard to do with such little running...
That green flag running was short lived, as Lawson has stopped at the pit entry after hitting the wall.
Well track evolution is there for all to see: Haas has gone top with Ocon, whose team-mate Bearman is in the top five.
Go go go! FP2 is running again with 30 minutes remaining.
That is the end of Russell's session, which is due to get back underway in two minutes.
Let's take a look at the timesheet under this red flag:
1) Piastri - 1m31.716s
2) Norris - 1m31.723s
3) Hamilton - 1m31.834s
4) Alonso - 1m32.253s
5) Sainz - 1m32.306s
FP2 has a red flag after Russell spun into the T16 wall. It's not a big hit, but the Mercedes driver has lost his car's front wing.
Sainz is looking strong today and he has just gone second, putting it within 0.080s of first-placed Norris.
That wall approaching the final corner seems to be a magnet for the McLarens. Piastri brushed it in FP1 and Norris has now followed suit in FP2.
It's been a very busy opening 10 minutes, with all drivers setting a lap. Currently the top five is:
1) Norris - 1m32.226s
2) Piastri - +0.513s
3) Sainz - +0.565s
4) Antonelli - +0.657s
5) Hamilton - +0.744s
Now we have some laps and the medium tyre is the preferred compound for all drivers thus far.
Antonelli leads the early running ahead of Norris, Verstappen and Piastri.
It's a green light and drivers are currently doing their outlaps. So, while they do that, shall we go back to the press conference? More specifically the topic of Christian Horner, who was recently ousted by Red Bull.
It was revealed yesterday that he had approached Haas, but one team he hasn't approach is Williams and it's unlikely that will ever happen.
"I think you should always welcome a conversation," said Vowles. "There's no point closing the door but I think we are, not I think, we're very happy with the structure we have and it's working, so I don't see any reason to make any changes to that."
FP2 is go!
The team principal press conference, as usual, happened after FP1. The grand prix weekend format was once again a talking point, and Williams' James Vowles had an interesting take:
"I'm more someone that would like to debate whether we go to two-day weekends, Saturday, Sunday. By doing that and giving back 24 days to the teams, actually you could do a few more race weekends if you wanted."

First practice was actually quite interesting, but wasn't very representative due to what time it happened. FP2, meanwhile, as we're now into the night in Singapore, will be a good indication of where teams are at this weekend.
Since FP1, our man Codders has delved into the upgrade a rejuvenated Red Bull has brought to Singapore...
Welcome back to our live updates for second practice at the Singapore Grand Prix!
