Hamilton has resumed with a healthy lead over Rosberg. The VSC has played nicely into the Mercedes drivers' hands.
Here's the running order after all the pitstops:

1. Lewis Hamilton
2. Nico Rosberg
3. Max Verstappen
4. Sergio Perez
5. Daniel Ricciardo
6. Kimi Raikkonen
7. Carlos Sainz
8. Felipe Massa
9. Valtteri Bottas
10. Nico Hulkenberg
11. Fernando Alonso
12. Sebastian Vettel
13. Daniil Kvyat
14. Jenson Button
15. Felipe Nasr
16. Romain Grosjean
17. Jolyon Palmer
18. Kevin Magnussen
19. Marcus Ericsson
20. Rio Haryanto
21. Esteban Gutierrez
Verstappen and Perez have pitted as well. So that's everybody on inters, we believe.
Hamilton pits under the VSC. Inters for the Briton. Rosberg pits too.
Virtual Safety Car deployed in response to that.
Verstappen stays out and is third, and so does Perez, who moves up to fourth.
Hamilton already 3.7s up on Rosberg at the end of the first racing lap...
Ricciardo pits for inters. Massa, Kvyat and Button too.
Haryanto currently 10th and in the points thanks to that early bunch of stops.
Hulkenberg was nearly collected by Sainz in the pitlane.
Hamilton already racing away from Rosberg, who is coming under pressure from Verstappen.
Raikkonen switches to intermediates. So do Sainz, Hulkenberg, Alonso, Vettel, Grosjean... and more.
And we're go! Hamilton leads Rosberg and Verstappen as we see a whole host of drivers dive into the pits.
Hamilton almost into the back of the Safety Car at Copse! He had to go off track on the inside to avoid the most embarrassing crash of his career...
Question is, will anyone follow Maylander into the pits? We're about to find out.
Remember, no-one can pit until the safety car comes in - although they can pit as the safety car comes in. Whenever that is.
Hamilton almost goes past the safety car exiting Copse, and has to slow down. Still no sign of it coming in...
"The safety car is just really slow," complains Hamilton again.
"Inters pretty soon, I would say," reports Hamilton from the lead.
Third lap now. The fans are looking impatient for this thing to get going - and who can blame them?
Second lap, Hamilton putting Maylander under pressure.

Maylander being the safety car driver.
"There's quite a bit of standing water around Turn 8," reports Vettel.
Meanwhile, Hamilton says the "safety car is too slow to get temperature."
"It's whether we go all the way on these, and then go direct to slicks, or whether stop for inters," Force India tells Hulkenberg.
