Martin Brundle's Sky Sports grid walk ahead of the Miami Grand Prix has gone viral on social media after a bizarre interview with The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon.

As the former Formula 1 driver weaved his way through the Miami GP grid, he was met with an excited Fallon, who instantly recognised him. But when Brundle asked Fallon for some funny comments, the American took the microphone from his hands and bit the cover.

In true Brundle fashion, he took the microphone back and told Fallon he could keep it before adding, "Don’t do that again."

Footage of the moment was quickly shared on social media. "Martin knew exactly what to do and why lol," one fan commented on a post shared by Motorsport.com.

"It was hilarious, I was rolling on the floor laughing," another fan wrote, while someone else posted: "Brundle did NOT like that."

The Miami Grand Prix grid walk also featured an amusing interaction with DJ Khaled, who was part of the Racing Bulls livery reveal. "The weather might say one thing, and it might do the other thing. That's how life is. Life is like weather," DJ Khaled told Brundle.

He later spoke with actor-turned-racing driver Patrick Dempsey and actor Colin Farrell.

Mercedes' Kimi Antonelli went on to win the race at the Hard Rock Stadium, claiming his third win of the season. "He did it in style. He got a bit lucky in Japan with the safety car but his pace when he did get the lead there was absolutely mighty," Brundle told Sky Sports F1 after the race.

"It was again today. And that's a big statement from Mercedes to win that grand prix."

The Italian driver was joined on the podium by the McLarens of Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri.
