World Superbike champion Toprak Razgatlioglu completed his first day of testing on a Yamaha MotoGP bike at Motorland Aragon on Tuesday.

Ducati has revealed that it could place Danilo Petrucci in the World Superbike Championship in 2023, as it remains keen to retain the ex-MotoGP rider in its ranks for another year.

Yamaha’s Toprak Razgatlioglu has described his first victory of the 2022 World Superbike season in the Misano Superpole race as “incredible”, but felt that Ducati was otherwise too quick over the weekend.

Jonathan Rea admitted that a lack of pace left him “frustrated” at Misano after struggling to keep up with World Superbike title rivals Alvaro Bautista and Toprak Razgatlioglu last weekend.
