Quotes after SS3

Marcus Gronholm: "Everything is OK, but there is a lot of rain so I don't think road position makes any difference now. On the first stage it was damp with good grip, then we had real rain for nearly the whole of stage two and some of stage three. There is a lot of mud and water on the ground but the car feels very good. You have to be quite careful."

Richard Burns: "The first stage was just damp and the second and third stages were mixed: some heavy rain with some drier bits. For us this isn't so bad: the worst case scenario would be if the weather had been completely dry - then we would have dropped a lot more time. It's OK through the apexes of the corners; where we lose time with loose gravel is under braking to go into them and with traction coming out."

Harri Rovanpera: "It's quite difficult for me, as my road position gives me no advantage now that it's raining hard. There is a lot of mud on the road and it is very slippery. On the second stage it was raining incredibly hard and there were a few times when the car was aquaplaning. The best stage was the first one - there was quite a lot of grip."
