Photographer is stable, according to organisers
A photographer was taken to hospital after being struck by a car during the shakedown for the World Rally Championship round in Sweden.
Polish driver Michal Solowow lost control of his car - a Ford Fiesta RS WRC - and hit the photographer, forcing the rally to be halted temporarily.
Race direction reported the photographer was in stable condition.
An eye witness told the Expressen newspaper that the photographer had flown "a fair distance out into the forest" after the impact.
