World of Outlaws Cancels Lernerville Race SARVER, PA (September 29) - Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series officials canceled Wednesday's $42,100 event at Lernerville Speedway when a thunderstorm hit the semi-banked, 1/2-mile oval. The race was not re-scheduled, so only nine events remain on the 1999 schedule. Only 21 points separate Mark Kinser and Danny Lasoski as they battle for the Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series championship. Kinser will be looking for the 10th "A" Feature victory of his career at Williams Grove Speedway when the series sanctions the 37th Annual Williams Grove National Open Friday and Saturday. "The Dude," who has never won at "The Grove," has a fourth- and seventh-place finish at the legendary semi-banked, 1/2-mile oval this season. Kinser finished third in the Channellock Spring Classic May 27th, then swept the feature races at Williams Grove July 29-30. WoO
