Lasoski on last week's races and heading into this week's slate of races:
"We battled the weather more than anything last week. We ran pretty well too. We finished ahead of Steve (Kinser) all but one night. That's what you've got to do in this series - stay consistent.
"We've got a swing up through New York before moving into Ohio. Hopefully, the weather will start working with us a little bit more. Either way, we'll just keep doing what we've been doing. Things are going pretty well, but we've still got a long way to go, so we just plan to keep working hard."
Team Owner Tony Stewart on where his Outlaw team is compared to his fortunes in Winston Cup:
"I'm just glad one of us is having a good season. We're running well, but we're just not finishing well. Danny's running well and finishing well. We need to have a little of that over on the Cup side.
"I'm just very proud of what Danny and (crew chief) Jimmy Carr and the rest of the team has been doing over there. The Outlaws schedule is pretty grueling. They're used to it, but that doesn't make it easy. Still, they're right there each night. That just shows you that Danny's on top of his game and the team's on top of their game in terms of preparation."
Nuts and Bolts.
