Quote Log - Lasoski.

On sweeping the Harvest Classic and the tight points race with Steve Kinser.

"I never had a weekend like that. My hat's off to the entire J.D. Byrider crew, with Jimmy Carr (crew chief) leading the way. I get a little excited sometimes, and then he clams me down. I rely on him 100 percent. He's not only my crew chief, but my best friend as well. I have to thank Paul Kistler (engine builder) Jerry Russell from Eagle Chassis and Hoosier Tires. They make it possible for me to be out here.

"The J.D. Byrider/Home Depot/Mopar car has been running really well the last month or so. We've been trying to catch that 11 car (Kinser) in the points. Paul Kistler built me a great Mopar engine. It's something kind of experimental, and it really ran well.

"I can't remember the last time we had a clean sweep, but I owe everything to Tony Stewart and Jimmy Carr. That 11 team has been tough to beat the whole year, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't look at the points, but I try not to. We just try to come out and win every race and let the points take care of themselves."

Quote Log - Team Owner Tony Stewart.

On Lasoski's sweep of the Harvest Classic.

"I got a chance to talk to Danny a little bit about the weekend and he said that it was the best the motor had run and it was the best the car had driven. He was pretty satisfied, and they've got a lot of momentum going into the rest of the year."
