HAGERSTOWN, MD (August 2) -- The Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series will return to Hagerstown Speedway for a $47,490 sprint car racing event September 28th. The race, originally scheduled for July 29th, was postponed to allow TNN Sports to tape the series' rain-delayed finale at Williams Grove Speedway. Following its annual tour of the west coast and a televised race at I-80 Speedway, the Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series will run three events in six days in Pennsylvania and Maryland in late September. The

series' third Eastern invasion will open at Lernerville Speedway September 26th. Hagerstown's postponed race will precede the 38th Annual Williams Grove National Open, scheduled for September 29-30.
