World of Outlaws Postpones State Fair Event OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (March 29) - Winds estimated at 50-60 m.p.h. by the National Weather Service forced Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series officials to postpone Saturday's races at State Fair Speedway. After running the qualifying session, the heat races and the "B" Feature, officials determined racing conditions to be unsafe and postponed the remainder of the program to April 16th. In addition to running the Vivarin Dash and "A" Feature, the Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series will treat its fans to another complete racing program. Before returning to Oklahoma City, the series is scheduled to run $75,000 events at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, OH, Friday and Saturday, and at State Fair Raceway in Sedalia, MO, April 11-12.
