World of Outlaws: Goodyear drivers collected three of four feature races during a week of West Coast action for the Outlaws series. Jeff Shepard won twice and finished second once during the swing through California tracks.

The week saw Goodyear's torrid pace continue in WoO racing. In the past three weeks, the tiremaker has won eight of 10 feature events. Four different drivers have ridden Goodyear tires to victory in that time.

Stevie Smith won at Kings Speedways in Hanford, Calif., collecting his sixth A Feature of the season. Shepard took third place, Goodyear driver Donny Schatz was fifth and Tim Shaffer took seventh place.

Then the Series turned to Calistoga Speedway in Calistoga for three nights of competition. Shepard won the first night's preliminary feature, earning his ninth straight top-11 finish. Goodyear racer Sammy Swindell was third and Smith came home fifth.

"I'd never seen this place until yesterday," Shepard. "The car was great and the Goodyear tires were great. It was just an awesome night."

The next night Shepard finished second in another preliminary feature and Shaffer finished fourth.

Shepard won the Harvest Classic on the final night of the Calistoga event, his second A Feature in the last five for the series.
