Elma Completes World of Outlaws' Northwest Tour ELMA, WA (February 9) - The Skoal Outlaw Series Third Annual Wild Wild Northwest Tour is now complete. Elma National Speedway has replaced Skagit Speedway as the second stop on the tour. "When Skagit Speedway and I were unable to come to terms, I started looking around for another place to run my show," promoter Fred Brownfield said Friday. "I met with the people with the Elma fair board and we were able to put together a deal." Elma National Raceway is a high-banked, 3/8-mile oval located on the Elma Fairgrounds. Brownfield promotes all three stops on the Wild Wild Northwest Tour - Magic City Speedway at Billings, MT, Elma and Riverside Speedway in Cottage Grove, OR. He's the only promoter the Wild Wild Northwest Tour has ever had. The Third Annual Wild Wild Northwest Tour is scheduled to open at Magic City on August 21st and continue at Elma August 23-24 and Riverside on August 27th. WoO
