Hindi Charges to 10th on 7!

(5/21/2006 Hartford, OH) Yesterday's race at Sharon Speedway will always be remembered as the Helicopter race but Neon Dion Hindi will always remember it as the night that might have been. On a track that was rutted and very rough the RealTruck.com/Sniper Tuning/Butler Built J&J Chassis suffered a broken #6 spark plug on lap 8 leaving it to run on 7 cylinders. You would have never known it however watching Dion maneuver through traffic from his 13th starting spot. Using the high line, low line or even the middle of the track, the Albuquerque, New Mexico native negotiated traffic and maneuvered to as high as ninth. Using lapped traffic on the 39th lap Hindi charged low to make a pass of Craig Dollansky and pick up the 10th place finish, his best finish of the season.

"We had a 5th place car or better." Said Hindi. "The crew made the right calls all night and the car was right on. I got jumped in the heat race and had to come out of the B but that kind of helped as it showed me what the track was going to do. I felt the motor just kind of lug on lap 8 so I had to use whatever line there was to keep momentum. I could pretty much pass where ever I put the car. All season I have over thought the race track and tonight we decided to just go with our gut, and it worked. I think this can be a momentum builder for this RealTruck.com/Sniper team and I am really looking forward to getting back to Charlotte."

Neon Dion and the RealTruck.com/Sniper J&J Chassis will be at Eckerd Drugs at 9107 Lawyers Road in Mint Hill NC this Tuesday from 4 -- 6pm before heading over to the track for a night practice.
