The new W Series for female racing drivers ran an experimental non-championship race with a full reverse grid at its Assen round, and the race ended in a photo finish with just 0.003 seconds between the top two cars! We speak to series frontrunners Jamie Chadwick and Alice Powell - who both had to start down the back, and had very different experiences in the race - to get a first-person perspective on what it's really like to compete in a single-seater race where the grid has been flipped
