Lucas Dumbrell Motorsport will run a new one-off livery across both of its Commodores when the V8 Supercars series resumes in Tasmania this weekend.
The Melbourne-based team has secured single-event naming rights backing from ABRO, sparking a livery change for both Nick Percat’s Clipsal 500-winning #222 entry, and Andre Heimgartner’s #3 entry.
“Having ABRO increase their support shows that they see commercial value in their involvement with LDM, which is wonderful to see,” said team owner Lucas Dumbrell.
“We wanted to continue with keeping the two cars in matching livery and I think the final design will look quite prominent on track.
“[Designer] Peter [Hughes] has done a fantastic job and I think everyone will be well and truly impressed with the striking livery which will adorn both Nick and Andre’s cars.”
