Erebus signs Ash Walsh for 2015

Erebus Motorsport has quickly found a replacement for outgoing Lee Holdsworth.

When Lee Holdsworth announced he would be leaving Erebus Motorsport after two years together, the team was faced with the task of finding a suitable replacement and teammate to Will Davison.

The man they've chosen is 26-year-old Ashley Walsh, who is known by many V8 Supercar fans as a co-driver for Dick Johnson Racing in the three Enduro events, a role he has enjoyed for the last two years.

In 2013, he came one position short of the Dunlop championship, losing out to Dale Wood. Holdsworth gave Erebus and Mercedes their lone victory of 2014 earlier this season at Winton, but trails his teammate in the championship standings by 500 points.
