FUJITSU RACING ENERGIZED BY BREAK-THROUGH

Excitement is building in the Fujitsu Racing garage after today's set-up changes at Albert Park validated the engineers' direction, delivering a top-ten finish for Jason Bright.

The team now believes it will be able to make big strides up the grid after producing a well-balanced car for today's 15-lap race, enabling Bright to make up five places from his grid position to finish tenth.

For tomorrow's race the team intends to go even further with the changes and Bright believes it will give him his best finish of the season.

Race three of the V8 Supercar Manufacturers Challenge starts tomorrow at 14:35.

"There should be some big leaps forward now I think .Today we finished the race, had a debrief and it all made sense, which is a first this season!

"The cars we were passing today, we couldn't catch yesterday so you can tell that's a reasonable step forward straight away. I was more able to carry speed into corners and get the power down off corners and I'm sure that's going to get even better tomorrow.

"I think we're still a fair way off but we're passing cars and finishing in the top ten and so I'm encouraged by the fact that here's still a lot more to come."
