TnT MOTORSPORTS Announce 2005 USAC Silver Crown Drivers
Maple Grove, MN / Indianapolis, IN -- April 29, 2005 -- Tom Loucks, founder and owner of TnT Motorsports, has announced that open wheel veteran Tony Elliott of Warsaw, Indiana, is set to drive the TnT / Foxco powered / DCR chassis Silver Crown car. Elliott is a two-time winner of the Hoosier Hundred and will attempt a third, with his debut in the #03 dirt car at the Indiana State Fairgrounds on May 27th. Elliott is an accomplished driver with several USAC titles and over 200 Midget, Sprint and Silver Crown Feature event wins.
Aaron Pollock of Troy, Ohio is the talented young gun who'll drive the TnT Silver Crown pavement car. Pollock joined the USAC National Midget Series in 2000; surprising many with wins at Winchester in October 2000 and the Copper World Classic in March 2003. During Pollock's 4 starts in the #03 pavement car, it's obvious he has the determination to bring home a Winner. Many anticipate that 2005 is Pollock's 'breakout year'.
Rounding out the TnT Motorsports squad is veteran crew chief "Deuce" Turrill, with assistance from Eric Turrill along with George Pollock, turning wrenches for the team. Deuce, in cooperation with engine builder Galen Fox and chassis builder Joe Devin, put together excellent racing machines that are capable of running up front in every outing.
