REGIONAL, KENYON & INDIANA FOCUS SERIES DEBUT AT NEW CASTLE, ANDERSON AFTER MOUNT LAWN RAINOUT

"Wednesday Night Thunder" opens at Mount Lawn Speedway near New Castle, Ind. this Wednesday night after rains forced cancellation of last week's scheduled debut at the 3/10-mile paved oval.

The USAC Regional Midgets, led by defending champion Scott Thoman of Indianapolis, will be joined by the Indiana Ford Focus Midgets and the Kenyon Midgets, with 30-lap features on tap for each.

The Regional, Indiana Focus and Kenyon Midgets then move on to the Anderson (Ind.) Speedway for busy weekend on the 1/4-mile paved oval. The Kenyon cars have a 30-lapper slated Friday night, while all three series compete in 30-lappers on Saturday. Saturday's Focus race also awards points toward USAC's 2007 Midwest Championship.
