Bud Kaeding of Campbell, Calif. scored his first victory of the 2002 USAC campaign in Saturday night's 30-lap Stoops Freightliner Sprint Car portion of the 22nd Annual "4-Crown Nationals" at the Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio. Kaeding trailed Tony Elliott on the opening lap of Saturday night's race before taking the lead on lap two. He was trailed at the checkered flag by Yeley, Turbines, Inc. fast qualifier Cory Kruseman, Jonathan Vennard and Travis Rilat.
