Jeremy Sherman of Surprise, Calif. surprised the rest of the field Saturday night to win the 30-lap "Lealand Legacy" feature at Manzanita Speedway. The race honored racing legend Lealand McSpadden. Sherman took the lead on lap 27 and led the final four laps in his Jake's/Maxum 2L Custom Trucks Maxim/Wesmar to lead a 1-2-3 parade of drivers whose surnames begin with the letter S. Danny Sheridan finished second ahead of Spencer, while series point leader Jones and Scotty Weir rounded out the "top-five." Tom Ogle led for 12 laps and Sheridan led the next 14 before yielding to Sherman.
