Johnny Miller, driver of the No. 64 Eaton Cutler-Hammer Jaguar XKR, second quickest for the weekends first practice session with a best lap time of 1:14.779.

Note 1 - Infineon Raceway Stats.... Johnny Miller has one previous start at Infineon Raceway in Trans-Am competition, qualifying fifth and finishing ninth in 2001

Note 2 - 2003 Stats...Second in the points standings...Placed third in the season-opener at St. Petersburg...Finished second at Long Beach...Finished third at Mosport...And won from the pole at Lime Rock.

On his practice effort this morning... "We started off a bit loose, made some adjustments and went out and attempted to put down some quick laps. I just could not get a good clean lap. We had a lot of traffic holding us up. We will do well in qualifying. The car is great. We just want o go out and put this Jaguar XKR on the pole and win this race and build on my point lead.

On qualifying 36th for the NASCAR race... "I had a great car today. I need to be better and just get used to the car. Find the spots on the track where the cart may be different compared to my Jaguar XKR. Just have to wait and see. I'm grateful to all the fine people at Morgan-McClure for giving me this great opportunity. I just want to go out there and do well, and maybe rub some paint.
