Paul Fix II competed in his first BF Goodrich / Trans Am race, in the #77 Extreme Fix Motorsports / Classic Tube Mustang Cobra. Paul has continued to showcase his driving talents by passing the competition with little effort in the Mustang Cobra.

Paul started the race near the back of the grid due to ignition problems, but this did not discourage our team effort. Moving through the field with ease, Paul was turning 2.18's, a very respectable time. Due to unfortunate circumstances, Paul went off in turn 9, and the team was unable to finish the race.

Paul Fix II - "It was a great team effort for our first Trans Am race. The competition was uncompromising, but I was able to move up in the field and improve our position. We are looking forward to placing strong at the next event."

Chris Liebenberg, Crew Chief - "This weekend was an incredible experience. We had our ups and downs, we will be back with more experience and enthusiasm."
