CORONA, CA - Lucas Oil Products joins forces once again with Jay Fogleman as the primary sponsor of the No. 4 JFco Motorsports Ford, who will compete in the United Speed Alliance Racing Hooters ProCup Southern Division. Lucas Oil will also appear as the primary sponsor for Johnny Rumley, who will drive the Lucas Oil Chevrolet Monte Carlo in the USAR Northern Division.

"We are pleased to have Jay Fogleman returning this season with Lucas Oil," said Bob Patison, Executive Vice President of Lucas Oil Products. "This will be our third year with Jay and we are looking forward to another winning season."

Fogleman is coming off a very successful 2003 season in the Northern Division, posting seven top-five finishes and three wins (Lonesome Pine Raceway, Holland International Speedway and New River Valley Speedway). Fogleman finished fourth in regular season points and sixth in the championship standings.

"I'm very excited for JFco Motorsports and myself to have the opportunity to again partner with Lucas Oil as our major sponsor for the 2004 season," said Fogleman. "We're really happy to be running in the USAR Pro Cup Southern series division. By racing tracks closer to home, it means that the crew will be able to spend more time with family and friends."

"Our goal for the new season is to win races and finish in the top five each race," continued the Durham, NC, resident. "The way the Championship races are set up, anyone that finishes their series in the top ten has a great shot at the Championship Title and that's what we are aiming for."

Beginning in 2004, Lucas Oil will appear as the primary sponsor for Rumley and BSR Racing. A resident of Summerfield, North Carolina Rumley has a long history in the racing industry and looks to use his experience to take Lucas Oil to the winner's circle.

"I had the pleasure of meeting Johnny Rumley and seeing him race last season at New River Valley," said Patison. "Johnny is a very talented driver with a long list of accomplishments and we are proud to have him as part of the Lucas Oil racing family."

Rumley began his competitive career in 1984 racing go-karts and eventually started racing late-model stock cars. In 1991, Rumley was crowned the Champion of the Mid-Atlantic Division and finished second overall in the Winston Racing Series National Championship standings.

In 1992, Rumley qualified on the pole in his first NASCAR Busch Grand National Series he ever competed in on top of posting two top ten finishes. Rumley built upon that success by winning the Pantry 300 at Hickory Motor Speedway in 1993 and the MBNA 200 at Dover International Speedway in 1995. For the past several seasons, Rumley has competed in numerous late-model stock car races earning 76 wins, 155 top-five finishes and 62 pole positions.

"I am more excited now than I have been in years about my racing career," said Rumley, who competed in one Northern Division event during the 2003 season. "To be associated with Lucas Oil and BSR Racing is amazing. I am looking forward to the start of the season so I can go racing."

"I have never been one to chase the championship," continued Rumley. "My philosophy is to go out and win every race and look at the points at the end of the season. With the help of Lucas Oil, we will have no problem being the front runner at every event."

The USAR Hooters ProCup Series begins its 2004 season on Feb. 28 at USA International Speedway in Lakeland, Florida.
