Premiere Motorsports Wins Goodyear Pit Crew Challenge

Lakeland, FL-- The Premiere Motorsports DR Horton/Trim Spa Pit Crew of Kertus Davis pulled off a great pit stop and seized $4,000 for winning the 2003 Goodyear Pit Crew Challenge at USA International Speedway Saturday afternoon.

The six-member crew changed four tires with a time of 26.540 seconds to win the challenge. The crew of jackman Greg "Tiny" Moore, front tire changer Richard Gray, front tire carrier Arnold Mills, rear tire changer Josh Crumpler, rear tire carrier David Parker and sign man Mark Crumpler completed an error-free stop for the teams first win in the third-annual annual contest.

The No. 15 Hooters Crew of Mardy Lindley finished second to collect the $3,000 second-place cash award, while the 2002 Goodyear Pit Crew championship team of Shane Huffman finished third and collected $2,000.

All top-three teams also won prizes and equipment from contingency sponsors for their performance at the season-ending event held in conjunction with the Championship Finale Hooters 300.

The Goodyear Pit Crew Challenge featured the top-five finishing teams from the regular season from the Northern and Southern Divisions and the highest finishing rookies from each division.
