USAR produces two new winners on double header night.

Northern Division:
Holland, NY (June 1, 2002) -- Jeff Agnew passed pole sitter Mardy Lindley on the first lap and led the entire race to win the Capriotto Auto Parts 150 presented by Lucas Oil Saturday night at New Holland International Speedway. Agnew, the 1998 USAR Hooters ProCup Series National Champion, collected his fourth career win in the Series with the win.

"We had a really good car and we are happy to get the win tonight," said Agnew. "The car stayed consistent all night long and we were able to hold off everyone else."

Agnew ended the three-race winning streak of Brian Ross and also gave Chevrolet its first win of the season in the USAR Northern Division.

Southern Division:
Lakeland, FL (June 1, 2002) -- Jason Sarvis collected his first-ever career win in the USAR Hooters ProCup Series winning the Jackaroo Sauces 250 presented by Discount Auto Parts Saturday night at USA International Speedway. Sarvis ended the six-race winning streak of defending Series champion Bobby Gill. The win was the first for Sarvis in 31 starts in the Series. His teammate Hal Goodson finished second. The win was also the first for Chevrolet this season in the USAR Southern Division.
