TRAC completes second test; car runs successfully at Atlanta.

CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 19 -- Team Racing Auto Circuit (TRAC) through its publicly traded parent company, Team Sports Entertainment, Inc. conducted its second on-course testing at the Atlanta Motor Speedway beginning Tuesday, April 16, 2002 through Thursday, April 18, 2002.

Test drivers Tony Ave and Andy Hillenburg took the TRAC prototype car through its paces at the 1.54 mile track at Atlanta. This test follows closely on the heels of the successful test conducted at the 5/8 mile Indianapolis Raceway Park.

TRAC officials, in conjunction with Riley & Scott Race Car Engineering, will unveil the three cars to the media on Wednesday, April 24, 2002 at Lowes Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina. At the news conference, Bill Riley will give the test results from Indianapolis and Atlanta as well as answer questions from the media. Riley & Scott was commissioned by TRAC in October 2001 to develop the three cars set to race in the spring of 2003. They are one of the industry's premier race car builders and have been named by Car and Driver magazine as "one of America's most prolific and successful designers of race cars". TRAC national spokesman and stock car legend, Cale Yarborough, will also be on hand Wednesday to discuss the cars and take questions.

Team Racing Auto Circuit (TRAC) is a newly formed national motor sports league debuting in 2003. By combining the best qualities of traditional motor sports with the best attributes of traditional team sports leagues, TRAC is creating a new and exciting form of stock car racing designed to reach the mainstream sports fan. Initially, the league will consist of ten, three-car teams that will be located in major U.S. cities with motor sports venues in the area. Each team will represent its city or region and will participate in a season long schedule of races, in addition to an all-star event and concluding with a season-ending championship race.
