MILWAUKEE, Wis. - Mark Dismore completed the Time Warner Cable 200 at The Milwaukee Mile in 21st position, after starting in 27th place. Dismore finished the race two laps down to the leaders, but more importantly, with the car in one piece and valuable experience gained.

"The Monster.com/WorldBestBuy.com Chevrolet Monte Carlo was good on the short runs," Dismore said. "The tires would go away and the car would get loose after about twenty laps. The car was so loose it was scaring me. After we changed tires the second time, we picked up a bad vibration. When we pitted the last time, we figured out the vibration was a tire going down. We were fortunate to be able to pit when we did or we could've lost more positions pitting under green."

Nearing the end of the race, Dismore was up to 15th position, when the tires started to fade and something happened in the rear end of the car to drag the motor down. "We're not quite sure what happened yet," Dismore said. "Howie (Lettow, crew chief) is going to check it out when they get it back to the shop. We were only running 5500 rpm at the end of the race and we burned all the gear oil out of the car."

Although the finish isn't as high as the team would have liked, there are no major repairs to be made when they return to the shop in nearby Sussex, Wis. In the last five races, the Herzog Motorsports team has had to replace five clips on the No. 44 Monster.com/WorldBestBuy.com Chevrolet.
