Joe Ross announces plans to run a partial ASA Late Model Series Schedule in 2005.

The ASA Late Model Series Presented by GM Performance Parts is branching out to nine different states over the 16 shows during the 2005 schedule and it hasn't gone unnoticed by drivers in the new unchartered regions of the United States. Veteran Missouri pilot, Joe Ross has announced his intentions for the upcoming season and they include the ASA Late Model Series.

"I am planning on running about three quarters of the ASA Late Model Series, hopefully to get into the 80% portion of the Winner's Circle program." Said the Kansas City MO pilot. "We will still run some selected USLMA (United States Late Model Association) shows out west as well as some of the CRA stuff. Basically we'll be all over the map this season, hopefully getting some good exposure." The USLMA Series consists of shows out West in states such as Colorado, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

Among his career accomplishments include, wins at I-70 (MI) Speedway and I-25 (CO) Speedway in Pueblo Colorado. Over his career, Ross has competed in ARTGO (Now NASCAR Midwest Series), All-Pro (Now NASCAR Southeast Series), CRA, and at several tracks all around the country.

For the 2005 season, Ross will carry sponsorship on his Ford Taurus from Steel Systems Construction as well as Vance Motorsports. The Show Me State driver will sport an ARP body on his Lefthander Chassis for the upcoming season.
