Fred Bear, Jr., has returned with a vengeance, claiming the 50-Lap Red Line Graphics Late Model feature over a scrappy Bill Tunny, Jr. Bear led flag-to-flag but almost threw it all away late in the race when he nearly met R.J. Norton, Jr., and Bruce Tunny at the cross-over. Rich Fenwick ran a strong third with Norton and Bruce Tunny rounding out the top five. Bear's win marks the twelfth different Figure-8 winner of the Speedrome's most competitive season in recent history.

Greenwood's Casey White claimed his first oval feature win of the season and became the twenty-first different winner of the left turn only races. White scooted past pole sitter Donnie Sloan for the advantage and held off Bobby Douthitt, Rodney Sizemore, R.J. Norton, Jr., and Bruce Tunny to the checkers. Rodney Sizemore was fastest in qualifying with Curtis McMurtrey topping the Hutchison Signs Trophy Dash. Heat wins went to George Sutton, Christopher Green and Bill Tunny, Jr. while Ben Tunny snagged the Last Chance Race to the main.

Kerry Wright has been the top dog in the Chuck's Race Car Parts Outlaw Stocks since opening weekend. Past champions and new heroes have all tried to best him on the track and in the garage. Sometimes they've run with him but too often this season they were found wanting. Saturday night was no different as Wright clinched the 2003 championship with a win in the 7th Annual Kenny's Auto Sales 100. Corey Turner led the opening sixty-eight laps from the pole only to see his chances dashed when he connected with David Radcliff who was trying to get back on the lead lap after encountering problems early. Both cars were out with damage and Wright inherited the lead and the win. Ken Casto, in only his second race night of the season was a few lengths behind followed by Rick Gillespie as the last car on the lead lap. Jimmy Kirby was fastest in the qualifying and won the Last Chance Race to make the 100.

Aaron Couture claimed his career first main event win with a triumph in the 20-lap Speedrome hornet feature. Howard Wessel was tough in second place followed by Dan Johnson, points leader Michael George and Mike Smith, Sr. Heat wins went to Thomas Lehrman, Smith,Sr., Wessel and Tim L. Smith. The back-up "B" main was a shocker for Claude Hopper when veteran Jerry Green forgot to check with track officials after taking over the driver's seat from the scheduled driver. Scotty Wagoner and Matt Smith filled the podium.
