T.H.PROPERTIES SIGNS TO SPONSOR PRESTIGIOUS FREEDOM 76 RACE

BECHTELSVILLE, PA AUGUST 2, 1999 . . . The dirt track modified stock car racing that many consider the most prestigious short track racing event in the area, the 29th annual Freedom 76, set for Grandview Speedway on September 11, will have a new sponsor in 1999. T.H.Properties, a residential builder founded by brothers and partners, Tim and Todd Hendricks, is recognized as "America's Fastest Growing Builder!" The Franconia, PA based firm, rated as #7 by Inc. magazine on their 1997 list of America's fastest growing private companies, will be the primary sponsor of the dirt track racing classic at Grandview Speedway. The race, the Grand-daddy of major dirt short track racing events, will now be called the T.H.P. Freedom 76'er. Each year the prestigious race attracts the very best talents in dirt track modified stock car racing. Over the years names like Billy Pauch, Duane Howard, Craig VonDohren, Smokey Warren, Tom Mayberry, Chip Slocum, Donny Erb, and a host of others have appeared in victory lane. And there have been many of equal stature who have tried but have failed to win the event over the course of 28 years. With at least $20,000 going to the winner of the 76-lap event, again the "cream of the crop" in dirt track modified stock car racing are expected to try for a starting spot in the 29th annual T.H.P. Freedom 76'er. In the past it has not been a surprise to see more than 100 modified racing talents trying to crack the starting field. Opportunities to market through the T.H.P. Freedom 76'er presently are available. Included are lap sponsorships ($20.00 per lap), heat sponsorships, the Minuteman 20 sponsorship, program and yearbook combination advertising, and more.
