Leicht led the final 92 laps of the 125-lapper. Dwayne Buggay was second, followed by Paul Kelley, Jeff Gore and Mike Love.

(Kool Seal Challenge All-Stars) Scott Kilby won this division's race at Peach State, beating Greg Marlowe to the finish.

Keith Bamgarner finished third, Jay Godley was fourth and Leicht was fifth.

The two ARA divisions have subtle differences. The Kool Seal cars are slightly heavier than their Southern Thunder brethren. The divisions use slightly different carburetors. The Kool Seal division is designed to be similar to late model stock car divisions at tracks around the country, while the Southern Thunder series is meant to be a developmental touring division.
