Scott Wolfe Re-Ups with Rug Doctor Rents Salem, Ind. (February 20, 2002) – Second-year CRA driver Scott Wolfe of Decatur, Ind., has signed Rug Doctor Rents as a primary sponsor on his number 13 Chevrolet for the 2002 Sunoco Super Series season. Wolfe finished 15th in the 2001 standings in his first season driving a 2,800-lb. late model stock car.

“The ability to represent Rug Doctor Rents is the most exciting opportunity of my racing career,” said Wolfe. “I hope to take them to the next level in the coming years. They are a great fit because of their direct involvement with the fans at the Sunoco Super Series events, who in turn patronize Rug Doctor Rents.”

Wolfe made 16 of the 18 events in 2001, with a best finish of 15th coming at Angola Motor Speedway on Sunday, June 3. He began his career in go-karts and in 2000 competed in modifieds at Baer Field Speedway, where he finished 10th in the standings.

“We are capable of running up front at any given race with the off-season opportunities that have been presented to our race team. I have a year under my belt and I know how to do it the wrong way; I will only go up from here,” added Wolfe, who has just recently picked up a Lefthander chassis.
