Big Sky Pro-Racing Association (BSPRA), a traveling motorsport group, is on-the-road Saturday, May 21, 2005, fielding their Rocky Mountain Pro-Stocks in Central Washington State.

BSPRA is an international touring group based out of Mission Valley, Montana. The BSPRA plans to kick-off their first race of the second season at Ephrata Raceway Park.

According to BSPRA President, Tracy Burland, "We look forward to our new season with enthusiasm and appreciate the support we receive from our local fans." "All are invited to a pre-season car inspection this Saturday, May 7th. at NAPA Auto Parts, Polson," he said.

The 2005 season opens with an expected car count of 11 + Pro-Stocks.

In addition, the schedule includes Penticton Speedway in British Columbia, Race City Motorsport Park in Calgary, Alberta; and two at home in Pablo, Montana at the Mission Valley Speedway.

Mission Valley residents are invited to caravan with BSPRA racers and to enjoy an action packed evening of racing; also to share in after-race hospitality once the final checker is dropped and trophies awarded. Last year 75 fans traveled to Ephrata to witness the inaugural race and shared in after-race pit hospitality and a camp over.

BSPRA formed with the purpose of having an easy to understand, affordable set of rules for late-model type cars. By having set rules and pre-race inspection, the Pro-stock class is extremely competitive, without the rising costs of changing rules.
