Hawkeye Homecoming:

* Butch Miller and the ASI Limited team met for the first time this year at Iowa. Butch joined the team and they have gone on to win three races. Team Owner, Ken Smith

* "Iowa is the track that changed this team's year. This is the track where I met Butch Miller and things came together for us. I never thought Butch Miller would ever be an option for this team. I found out he missed the racing in ASA and we needed an experienced driver. So, we hooked up right after the first Iowa race."

* "Before Iowa, Butch was standing on the sidelines, and we were struggling. So, we've created a good mix. This is sort of a homecoming for this team."

Driver, Butch Miller

* "When I first met Ken at Iowa, I was surprised by the quality of his crew chief and operation, but it turned my life around. At that point, I was just going to run 6 or 8 Busch races and no ASA races. Since joining this team, I've got to race just about every weekend."

* "I'm having a great time with this team. I've had good cars in the past, but every week I get to the race track, it's like stepping into a brand new race car."

* "Iowa is the perfect type of track for our race car. It's just the right size and it seems to be the type of track that our car works the best on."

Crew Chief, Deon Deneau

* "I've won a couple races at Iowa. It's been a good place for me. There's always good racing there. With the competition in ASA and the way set-ups have improved, this weekend will be more than a one man show."

* "I think it's going to be tough to win, but I think I know how to get a racecar around there pretty good."

Butch-Style:

Crew Chief, Deon Deneau

* "During a race, Butch is very conservative. He has no interest in getting after it and tearing up tires. He lets the car come to him."

* "Butch knows when it's time to race. I think he finds a hole where he's comfortable and waits on the race to develop before making his charge. Because he races like that, we always have much more car left at the end of the race and that's what you need to win races."

Driver, Butch Miller

* "So many times you see people charge at the drop of the checkered flag and soon they're wrecked. They don't have a chance to win then. I've always felt the time to do your charge is the end of the race."

* "It sounds dumb, but it's true. If you're not there at the end, you can't win."

Minnesota Recap:

* Due to owner points, Butch Miller lined up 17th for the Minnesota race.

* With strong pit stops and tenacious driving the ASI Limited team battled for a sixth place finish, claiming their ninth consecutive top-10 finish.

Driver, Butch Miller

* "The car was prepared well and ran good, but we had a piece of the car bend, which kept us from running up to the maximum of the car."

Crew Chief, Deon Deneau

* "Minnesota is a battle. It's a tough race track to hook up on. The track is so abrasive and dirty, that your tires begin to wear after seven laps. Our disadvantage was that we started 17th, so our tires started wearing out before we were able to really start picking up positions."

* "We were able to pick up a sixth place finish. It was a good fight. We were fighting a loose race car all day, but our pit stops went really well. I consider it a good weekend for the team."

Team Owner, Ken Smith

* "Starting the race 17th at a place like Minnesota, put us at a real disadvantage. It's a place that's difficult to make up a lot of ground. We wanted to just come home clean."

* "Pit stops were an indication on how you would finish in the race, and it was the best day in the pits our team has had all year."
