JEFFERSON, GEORGIA - Round 14 of the American Racing Association (ARA) Kool Seal Challenge Series has been rescheduled for August 12, at Peach State Speedway. Originally set to be held at Tri-County Speedway in Hudson, NC, on Friday, August 10, the race was postponed and relocated when ARA officials were informed by the new track owners of noise regulations recently imposed by the county commissioners.

"I can't speak for the new owners of the track, but I do know they are extremely upset with what has happened in the last 30 days," said ARA president Terry Treadwell. "All I can say is that the new noise limitations are unrealistic. I regret it for the race fans and drivers, but we have been forced to move our professional racing series to another race track."

Peach State Speedway will now host the August Blast Twin 125s, featuring both the ARA Kool Seal Challenge Series and the ARA Southern Thunder Late Models, plus local divisions. The track will open at Noon on Sunday, August 12, with practice and qualifying. The green flag is set to fall on the first of the August Blast Twin 125s at 6pm.
