Oswego, NY - The 2004 ISMA Lucas Oil/Helping Hands of America Super Series season is over on the race track, but not finished, as there is one more event on the schedule. The annual ISMA awards banquet will be held on November 6 at the beautiful Turning Stone Casino in Verona, NY. This is the second year the banquet will be held at Turning Stone and from all reports from last year's attendees; it should be a night to remember.

The event honors the season's champions, car owner Vic Miller and driver Chris Perley, who copped the title for the second straight year. Regional driver awards, sponsored by Helping Hands of America and Lucas Oil Products are given out as well as the ISMA top 20 car owners. In addition, many other awards - voted on by the ISMA members, are given out including the Randy Witkum Memorial Rookie of the Year (sponsored by Ed Shea Concrete Products), Slice n Go Deli Mechanic of the Year, Race Threads Crew of the Year, the Jim Shampine Memorial Award, The A.J. Michaels Memorial Award and the Jim Soule Dedication Award. The new officers/and or Board of Directors and a tentative 2005 schedule will also be announced.
