Copper World Classic sees Weld Wheels Shine in Open Wheel

Weld Racing Wheels dominated action at the Copper World Classic, with Midget and Silver Crown division cars sitting in victory lane with the Kansas City, Missouri manufacturer's product.

JJ Yeley (USAC Midgets) and Dave Steele (USAC Weld Racing Silver Crown) both earned Copper World wins this past weekend utilizing Weld Racing Wheels on the Phoenix track.

Sammy Swindell swept Sprint Bandits action at Devil's Bowl last weekend, racing to two feature wins aboard the Beaver Drill and Tool Machine Weld Racing Wheels-equipped entry.

Central Pennsylvania has seen Weld Wheels in victory lane more than all other wheel manufacturers combined. Greg Hodnett took the first three afternoon events at historic Williams Grove Speedway and leads the points there, while Cris Eash and Fred Rahmer each have one win each with Weld Wheels at Lincoln Speedway.

Tim Kaeding and unheralded Willie Croft used Weld Wheels to sweep the Mini Gold Cup weekend at Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico California, while Tyler Walker opened the World of Outlaws season by winning at Manzanita.
