FARMINGTON, Mo. -- (Sept. 21, 2002) Jerrod Hull of Sikeston tuned up for next Saturday's "Queen's Royale" at the St. Francois County Raceway by taking the checkered flag in the sprint feature just ahead of Joey Montgomery of Fredericktown. The win also capped off a triple crown night for Hull.

Tommy Worley Jr. finished in third place with Robbie Standridge fourth and Bob Thoman fifth. They were followed by Jason Keith, Timmy Montgomery, Curt Trainer, Jay Landolt and Greg Burns.

Burns won the first heat with Keith second and Kevin Bess third. Hull won the second heat with Joey Montgomery second and Timmy Montgomery third. Thoman won the third heat with Trainer second and Rod Crabdree third. Robbie Standridge won the fourth heat with Jeremy Standridge second Bryan Mathews third. Landolt won the "B" main with Tom Busch second and Timmy Moss third. Hull won the dash with Joey Montgomery second and Thoman third.

Saturday night the Queen's Royale, a $5,000 to win season-finale for the sprints, will be held at SFCR.

In the Hobby Stock class, Kenny "the Hustler" Harris of Desloge picked up his first feature win of the 2002 season by holding off the charge of Randy Forster of Farmington in the feature. Kasey Nations finished in third place with Brad Mashek fourth and Jeremy Greenwalt fifth. They were followed by Tim Phares, Mike Francis, Nathan Gibson, Kevin Mosier and Jim Abshier.

Forster won the first heat with Karl Francis second and Billy Mayberry third. Matt Eaton won the second heat with Mashek second and Mark Howell third. Harris won the third heat with Nations second and Greenwalt third. In the Modified class, Jeff Lebaube was the feature winner with Mike Crader taking second, Tommy Worley Sr. third, Kenny Kennedy fourth and Billy Smith fifth. They were followed by Brent Thompson, Danny Resinger, Joe Giesler, Chris Boyd and Nathan Higgins.

Crader won the first heat with Resinger second and Adam Parmeley third. Smith won the second heat with Worley Sr. second and Dean Resinger third. Lebaube won the third heat with Boyd second and Dillion Sharp third. Bill Gilliam won the fourth heat with Kennedy second and Thompson third. Tim Hill won the "B" main with Giesler second and Higgins third.

Kevin Bess picked up his first feature win of the season at SFCR by edging out Lance McKinney for the win. Josh Statler captured third place with Brad Loyett fourth and Daniel Adler fifth. They were followed by Joey Boyd, Tommy Boyd, Dustin Barks, Tyler Robbins and Shawn Merritt. Statler won the first heat with Tyler Thompson second and Tommy Boyd third. Derek O'Dell won the second heat with Loyett second and Kent Buckley third. Bess won the third heat with Joey Boyd second and Curt Henderson third. McKinney won the "B" main with Bobby Lynn second and Robbins third.
